Roasting process
Ristretto Intenso is roasted in two splits: One composed exclusively of Robustas and the other combining arabicas and Robustas for a slightly lighter roast that preserves the distinct Robusta notes.
Origins
This blend features a majority of Robusta beans - sourced from prized regions of India and Uganda - combined with dry-processed Arabica beans from Brazil.
