AROMATIC PROFILE

A smooth and velvety coffee, with notes of toasted caramel, little bitterness and a pleasant acidity typical of cold extractions.

STEP BY STEP PREPARATION
Use cold water in the water tank of your Vertuo machine (below 10°C).
Add 3 - 4 ice cubes (30g each) to the Reveal Cold Brew Glass.
Dispense a Cold Brew capsule (355ml) over the ice.
For the best experience, stir well and wait a few minutes for the drink to cool, then enjoy!

COLD BREW STYLE INTENSE

Inspired by the hot bloom method, we start with hot water to quickly extract the best from the beans, followed by cold water to neutralize the bitterness.
We then use Vertuo’s Centrifusion technology to further accelerate the brewing process without compromising on taste.
Watch as this traditionally slow process happens in just a few minutes.
Then, enjoy the roasted and caramelized notes of Latin American Arabicas in a cold-brewed coffee with a smooth, velvety texture.

ORIGIN

This 100% Arabica blend uses primarily Bourbon from Brazil and other Arabicas from Guatemala.

ROASTING

This Vertuo coffee is split roasted.
This allows the Bourbon from Brazil to develop its cereal note to transform into a sweet and velvety coffee.
A light roast of the other Arabicas completes the blend.
