What is the Nespresso Subscription?It is a Nespresso capsule subscription service which includes a Free machine, created for the convenience of the Nespresso Club Members.From the three plans available, you may choose the one that best suits you and use the credits to buy your favorite coffees every month, with free shipping. Your contract will be valid for 12 months, with a monthly charge being made to your credit card according to the amount corresponding to the chosen plan. A credit of equal value will be made available every month in your Nespresso Club account for you to buy the Nespresso capsules and/or accessories that you wish.You can use your credit whenever you want. It is cumulative, and you don't have to use all the credit every month. The credit may be used up to 1 year after termination of your 12-month contract
Which are the Nespresso Subscription plans?Compacto Plan – Essenza Mini: R$110.00 per month, for a 12-month period.
Barista Plan – Essenza Mini & Milk: R$160.00 per month, for a 12-month period.
Conectado Plan – Expert: R$230.00 per month, for a 12-month period.
For the Essenza Mini, I have to pay 12 x R$110.00, which adds up to a value that is higher than the machine's price, which is R$395.00. What is my benefit?With the Nespresso Subscription, you pay nothing for the machine. Remember that you may use the full amount paid every month (R$110.00) to purchase your coffee selection, or even cups and other accessories, in a very flexible way. In short: the whole amount is for your consumption during the next 2 years (12 months of the contract + 1-year validity).
Will the machine be mine after I sign the contract/subscription?Yes, the machine will be yours since the first day of your subscription or the machine delivery, whichever happens first.
Does the machine have the same warranty of a regularly purchased machine?Yes, all Nespresso machines have a 1-year warranty. So, if your machine has any atypical functioning in this period, we will offer you our technical assistance services for free, including:- machine collection and return at the address indicated by you;- repair/substitution of damaged parts;- full cleaning;- extra repair warranty, valid for 6 months.
How/when will the credit be available?By signing the contract, you also become a Nespresso Club Member. The credit is made available automatically each month, after payment of the monthly fee, in your Nespresso account. You can check the credits by logging in into your account online at www.Nespresso.com, calling the Nespresso Club or visiting a Boutique.
May the credit be accumulated? For instance, if it is not used within 4 months, will the credit amount continue to accumulate?Yes, the credits remain in your account and can be accumulated to purchase whatever you want. You don't have to use your credit every month. It may be partially used and will continue to be accumulated. The available credit may be used up to 1 year after the termination of your 12-month contract.
If I change my mind, how soon can I cancel my Subscription without being charged for the corresponding fees?You have the right to return any merchandise that does not suit you within 7 days after receipt of the order. Nespresso will only accept merchandise returns in their fully working conditions and original packaging. The customers who opt for the cancellation of the Nespresso Subscription must return the machine received, as well as any order which delivery is being processed. The customer must contact the Nespresso Club by phone, at 0800 7777 737, to arrange for the mentioned product(s) collection. The request for cancellation and amount refund will be approved upon receipt, by our distribution center, of the product(s) purchased.For credit card purchases, the card administrator will be notified and the chargeback will be made in the next or second next invoice, in one installment, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase. The chargeback term depends on the card administrator.
What happens if I cancel my plan before the 12-month period?The minimal term of your plan is of 12 months. However, if you want to cancel it before the end of the contract, and after a period of 7 days, you may call the Nespresso Club at 0800 7777 737. Even if you cancel your plan, the machine will still be yours, as a cancellation fee will be applied, according to the selected plan: for the Compacto plan, the cancellation fee will be R$316.00; for the Barista plan , the cancellation fee will be of R$599.00; and, for the Conectado plan, the cancellation fee will be of R$799.00. After the cancellation date, the remaining credits will remain available for 1 year in your account for buying products. However, you will not be entitled to any refund for any previously paid monthly fees.
How long will I have the free delivery benefit?The free shipping benefit will be valid during your 12-month contract and/or by renewing your Subscription. Please keep in mind that there will be 50 capsules minimal order, since this is the minimum volume that we send in the dispatch box to make sure you receive the items in good conditions. Once your contract ends or in case of early cancellation requested by you, you will have to buy at least 150 capsules in order to enjoy the free shipping benefit.
Is the Nespresso Subscription automatically renewed?Your subscription plan has a 12-month contract and, at the end of that period, the plan will be automatically renewed on a monthly rolling basis for your convenience.To avoid automatic renewal, in case you do not want to continue with your plan after the 12-month period, you may cancel it at any time without any charges.You will be notified when your plan is about to expire. If you wish to cancel it, you must contact the Nespresso Club at 0800 7777737 and ask for the cancellation. The remaining credit will remain available for 1 year after the initial 12-month period.
