Whether you cancel your subscription before the end of the 12-months period:

If you cancel your subscription on the first 14 days and returning the machine with the original packaging, the cancelation fee is waived. If you choose to cancel after that period, you will be charged a termination fee corresponding to the value of your machine. When you cancel your Nespresso subscription, your credit stays on your account for you to use when you like and will not expire up to 24 months after the credit creation.

Lekkere koffie, slechte machine

De Vertuo koffie is heel lekker, maar het Vertuo Next toestel is teleurstellend. Regelmatig onverklaarbare rode led bij het insteken van een nieuwe pad (wat een powercycle vereist om terug koffie te kunnen zetten), soms opeens veel minder water bij eenzelfde type pad, en sinds enkele dagen maakt het toestel ook nog eens ongelooflijk veel lawaai en gaat het koffie zetten heel traag. Spijtig, doet heel veel af van de koffie zelf.

Gone too soon

I was very happy with the coffee quality but the machine itself was not great. Closing and locking the lid felt rigid, and i had several occasions where something went wrong and i ended up with a lot of leakage. Obviously this happened just outside the warranty period… I’ll have another go with a Vertuo Plus now but overall underwhelming quality

In less than a half year no longer reliable

Purchased in April, starting from October it became very unreliable. Most of the time it rejects the Vertuo Capsules stating the capsule could not be recognized. Causing a lot of unused but paid for capsules needed to be thrown away. Only after a rinse the chances are high you will receive a coffee. This makes it quite unusable and a time consuming task for a single coffee. Would never recommend or buy again the Vertuo machines.

Mooie en zeer makkelijk in gebruik machine. Het enige nadeel is het ontkalken, dat is niet heel praktisch gedaan.

Not as good as Vertuo Plus device

We initially bought a Vertuo Plus device, which we were very happy about. Unfortunately, after 1,5 years it did not suck up water anymore. As there were no replacement components available at the time, we received a new device from Nespresso, which is outstanding service. However, the replacement device that we received was the supposedly newer version of the Vertuo devices, the Vertuo next. I must say that I am not so satisfied with this model. It is more compact, but that means also smaller water tank and empty-cup bin. The empty-cup bin is also placed in the middle of the device, rather than in the back. This allows water to come into the bin which causes mold to grow in between emptying of the bin. This is very unpleasant. The foam layer of the coffee also seems to disappear much faster than with the Plus device. On top, the Next makes much more noise while making coffee. If I would have to choose, I would immediately choose again for the Vertuo Plus over the Vertuo Next model.
