When you make your first coffee purchase with your Nespresso account, either in Nespresso Boutiques, Nespresso.com, Nespresso App or in the Call Center (0800 162 64), you will be automatically part of the Nespresso Club. Access to these benefits is conditional on making at least one purchase of coffee per year.

You will be notified of your upgrade to Ambassador status up to 2 days after you place the coffee order that gives you access to this level, i.e. after completing at least 1000 capsules in your last year with us. Once you reach Ambassador status, your benefits will be active until your next anniversary date the following year. At membership month, the consumption is reset to 0 for the next year tier calculation. If you downgrade to the Club Member level, this will be done at the end of the month prior to your Anniversary.

No, the benefits for being a Nespresso Ambassador are associated with the Nespresso membership number and are non-transferable.

To make use of your benefits in Boutiques or through our Customer Service Center you must give your membership number to the Coffee Specialist. If you do it through www.nespresso.com or Nespresso App, you must log in with your email and password.

If you choose to no longer be a part of the Nespresso Club, please note that this will result in the complete deletion of your account. Consequently, you will no longer be able to place orders directly with Nespresso. If you wish to delete your account, you can do so directly in the 'My Account' section on Nespresso.com or the Nespresso App, or via the Nespresso boutiques of your choice, or via the Call Center (0800 162 64) in Belgium or Luxembourg. However, if you would like to stop receiving our emails and updates, you have the option to simply opt-out of communications without deleting your account.

As an Ambassador of the Nespresso Club, you have the opportunity to participate in exclusive events organized throughout the year. To ensure you do not miss out, you must opt-in to receive our communications. We will send you an email prior to each event, which will include details about the occasion along with a contest for you to enter. Keep an eye on your inbox for these exciting invitations and the chance to engage in unique experiences!

No, your Ambassador or Club Member tier benefits are exclusive to Belgium and Luxembourg. If you travel or reside outside these countries, your tier status will not be applicable, and you will not have access to the associated benefits during that time. We encourage you to enjoy your Ambassador or Club Member privileges while within Belgium and Luxembourg!

To access your digital Ambassador membership card:
1. Open the Nespresso App
2. Log in to your account
3. Click on the “Account” section
4. Select “My Membership Status”

Your exclusive Ambassador membership card will then be displayed and ready to use.

For Android users:

1. Open the Nespresso App
2. Log in to your account
3. Click on the “Account” section
3.1. Select “My Membership Status” to show your Ambassador status
3.2. Share your membership number, which can be found under “Personal information”
