Vibrant Palermo rolls at its own mellow Mediterranean pace, forever ready for the ritual of coffee. It inspired a slow and dark roast that draws out rich aromas in this blend of Robusta and Arabica beans. Our intense short cup goes big in spicy, woody and cocoa notes that keep the taste of Ispirazione Palermo with you long after the last sip.
Origin
Ispirazione Palermo is a blend of 80% Robusta and 20% Arabica using coffees from India and Brazil.
Roasting
The first batch with both origins undergoes a dark roast, resulting in a rich and intense profile. The second batch is roasted separately and slightly shorter. The combination results in a cup with a nice and dark character.
