Nespresso August Coffee Offer

Offer is available to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who provide an Australian postal address and comply with these terms and conditions. This is a member only offer and cannot be redeemed with any other offer, unless otherwise specified.

This is a multi-tiered offer with pre-selected free items that are based on minimum coffee capsule purchase requirements. Please see offers below for minimum purchase requirements and for details regarding the free gift and free coffee capsules with purchase. If stock of the free gift or pre-selected free coffee capsules runs out, we may substitute the gift or pre-selected coffee(s) with another of equal or higher value.

  1. Purchase any 100 Nespresso coffee capsules or more in a single transaction to receive 10 free pre-selected capsules from Nespresso (‘Free 10 Capsules Offer’). Free Nespresso coffee capsules for this offer are pre-selected and include 10 Arpeggio for Original system or 10 Altissio for the Vertuo system, subject to availability at the time of order.   2. Purchase any 150 Nespresso coffee capsules or more in a single transaction to receive 20 free pre-selected coffee capsules from Nespresso (‘Free 20 Capsules Offer’). Note: when placing an order via the Nespresso App, or on www.nespresso.com/au/en, if you have a mix of coffee capsules from both the Vertuo system and the Original system in your basket at checkout, you will be offered the Vertuo system pre-selected coffee as your free coffee.

Nespresso reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the terms and conditions of this offer by notice on the website or by email to you. If for any reason this offer is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by store closures, computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of Nespresso which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the offer, Nespresso reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the terms and conditions of the offer. Nespresso reserves the right in its sole discretion to extend this offer should promotional stock levels permit.  Nespresso will notify you in writing if the offer is extended.

These terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void.

  1. Promotion Name: Nespresso Father’s Day Promotion 2022 – Vertuo Coffee Machines ("The Promotion").
  2. Promoter: The Promoter is Nestlé Australia Ltd. ABN 77 000 011 316 trading as Nespresso Australia of Level 4, 201 Miller Street North Sydney NSW 2060.

  4. Eligibility Criteria: Cash Back claims can be submitted by:
    • Residents of Australia;
    • Who have purchased a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period;
    • Who are new/existing Nespresso Members;
    • Who have otherwise complied with these terms and conditions ("Eligible Claimant").
  5. Promotional Period: The Promotion starts at 12:01am AEST on 01/08/22 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 25/09/22.
  6. Participating Products:
    Offer 1 Participating Products include the following Nespresso coffee machine ranges:

    Note: Availability of models and colours may vary by store.
    A Participating Product does not include:
    1. Nespresso Business Solution machines; or
    2. Commercial sales, second-hand, refurbished, trade seconds of similar products as determined by Nespresso in its sole discretion; or
    3. Nespresso Original Line machines including Nespresso Barista; or
    4. Nespresso machines that are purchased through the Nespresso Machine Subscription service.
  7. Participating Retailers: Participating Products must be purchased directly from either the Nespresso Boutique, by calling Nespresso Club calling 1800 623 033, by visiting the Nespresso website or the Nespresso mobile app.
  8. Offer: If you purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period, you will receive either $100 or $80 discount off the purchase price ("Cash Back"):

    Offer 1: Purchase any Offer 1 Participating Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period and receive $100 off the purchase price.

    Or

    Offer 2: Purchase any Offer 2 Participating Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period and receive $80 off the purchase price.

    The $100 or $80 Cash Backs are provided in the form of a discount at the point of purchase.  The $100 or $80 Cash Back off is not transferable and cannot be converted cash.

  9. Claim Method: To claim, Eligible Claimants must:
    1. Purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period;
    2. Be or become a Nespresso Member;
    3. The Cash Back for Offer 1 and Offer 2 will be provided to claimants in the form of a discount upon purchase of the Participating Product at point of sale.
  10. Offer Delivery: The $100 or $80 Cash Back for Offer 1 and Offer 2 will be provided to Eligible Claimants as a discount upon purchase of the Participating Product at point of sale.
  11. Maximum Claims Permitted: A maximum of three (3) claims in total will be accepted per Nespresso customer during the Promotional Period, provided each claim represents the separate purchase of a Participating Product.
  12. Other Conditions:
    1. The Offer is available to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who provide an Australian postal address and comply with these Terms of Offer. Employees of Nestlé Australia Ltd, any company associated with Nespresso, any company acting as a service provider for Nespresso and the employee’s immediate families are ineligible to claim this offer.
    2. Use with other offers: This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other Nespresso promotion, offer or discount. The Offer is not valid for commercial sales, second-hand, refurbished, trade seconds or similar products as determined by Nespresso in its sole discretion.
    3. Verification: Nespresso reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and reserves the right to disqualify any individual claimant or group of claimants for tampering with the claim process. Proof of purchase documentation (in the form of a purchase receipt) must clearly show the Participating Retailer, the Participating Product, the price paid and the date of the purchase. The serial number of the machine must also be provided to Nespresso. Claim details that are ineligible or incomplete will be considered void.
    4. Returns: Nespresso reserves the right to refuse any claim if the Participating Product is returned to the point of purchase.
    5. Privacy: Nespresso collects claimants’ personal information in order to conduct the Offer. All personal details are kept in accordance with the Nespresso Privacy Policy. Visit www.nespresso.com.au/en/pages/legal to access the Nespresso Privacy Policy.
    6. Receipt of claims: Claims are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, late, lost or misdirected information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission.
    7. Not transferable: All Offers unless stated to the contrary are not transferable & cannot be converted to cash.
    8. Australian Consumer Law: These terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void.
    9. Tampering: The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual claimant or group of claimants for tampering with the claim process. Tampering includes but is not limited to the utilisation of techniques designed to make multiple claims that are not associated with a separate eligible purchase, or submitting a claim which is not otherwise in accordance with these terms.
    10. Technical Malfunction: If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the Promotion.
    11. Delivery:  Free standard delivery is included with purchase.

    • Who have purchased a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period;

    Note: MINIMUM SPEND APPLIES Claimants will have to spend an additional amount in order to redeem the Coffee Credit. See Minimum Spend section below for details.

    A Participating Product does not include:
    1. Nespresso Business Solution machines; or
    2. Commercial sales, second-hand, refurbished, trade seconds of similar products as determined by Nespresso in its sole discretion; or
    3. Nespresso Vertuo machines.
    4. Nespresso machines that are purchased through a Nespresso Subscription service.
  7. Participating Retailers: Participating Products must be purchased directly from either the Nespresso Boutiques, by calling the Nespresso Club on 1800 623 033 or visiting the Nespresso website or Nespresso mobile app.
  8. Offer: If you purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period, you will receive either a $60 or $40 credit (“Coffee Credit”) towards your Nespresso coffee order:

    Offer 1: Purchase any Offer 1 Participating Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period and receive a $60 Coffee Credit to use toward your Nespresso coffee capsule order.

    Offer 2: Purchase any Offer 2 Participating Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period and receive a $40 Coffee Credit to use toward your Nespresso coffee capsule order.

  9. Claim Method: To claim, Eligible Claimants must:
    1. Purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period;
    2. Be or become a Nespresso Member;
    3. The Coffee Credit for Offer 1 or Offer 2 will be automatically applied to the claimant’s Nespresso account upon purchase of a Participating Product.
    Please note that Coffee Credit orders must meet the Coffee Credit Conditions and Minimum Spend (as stated below).
  10. Coffee Credit Conditions: The Coffee Credit for Offer 1 or Offer 2 can only be used to purchase Nespresso capsules from Nespresso Boutiques, by calling the Nespresso Club on 1800 623 033, by visiting the Nespresso website or through Nespresso mobile app.

    The Coffee Credit must be used in full in a single transaction by 11.59pm AEDT on 23/10/22 and the total order amount must exceed the $60 or $40 Coffee Credit. Coffee Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

    MINIMUM SPEND APPLIES. See below for details.

    The Coffee Credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other Nespresso promotion, offer or discount.

  11. Minimum Spend: The Coffee Credit for Offer 1 or Offer 2 must be used in full in a single and the total order amount must exceed the $60 or $40 Coffee Credit. Claimants will have to spend an additional amount in order to redeem the Coffee Credit.

    For example:

    For Offer 1: Claimants may purchase 80 capsules (8 sleeves where each sleeve contains 10 capsules) of Original Line Volluto capsules at $0.79 per capsule at a total cost of $63.20. Following application of the 60.00 Coffee Credit, the claimant will have a minimum spend of $3.20 or

    For Offer 2: Claimants may purchase 60 capsules (6 sleeves where each sleeve contains 10 capsules) of Original Line Volluto capsules at $0.79 per capsule at a total cost of $47.40. Following application of the $40.00 Coffee Credit, the claimant will have a minimum spend of $7.40.

  8. Offer: Receive free delivery on order which contain Participating Products during the Promotional Period. Depending on your delivery postcode, you will receive free:
    • Standard Delivery
    • 3 Hour Timeslot Delivery; and/or
    • Same Day Delivery
    1. Standard Delivery: Delivery in 4-5 business days (or in 9 business days for regional). Order before 1pm weekdays. Orders for Standard Delivery placed after 1pm AEST or over the weekend will be processed at our warehouse the next business day. Delivered by Australia Post. A signature is required for all deliveries unless authority to leave in safe place is granted by the Club Member. Select "Leave in safe place" and add delivery instructions for the courier to follow in the delivery instructions field at checkout*. For any failed delivery with Australia Post where authority to leave in safe place has not been granted by the Club Member, the delivery will be made available for collection at a nearby Australia Post Office. For any failed delivery with Zoom2u, the Club Member should contact Zoom2u on 1300 562 921 to organise redelivery at a convenient time.
    3. Same Day Delivery: Same Day Delivery before 8:30pm weekdays (order before 1pm weekdays). Orders for all same day deliveries placed after 1pm will be delivered the next day between 10am and 8:30pm. Mobile phone and signature are required for all same day delivery order. Cannot deliver to PO Box or Parcel Lockers. For any failed delivery, the Club Member should contact Zoom2u on 1300 562 921 to organise redelivery at a convenient time.

The Welcome Offer is available on the Club Member’s first, second or third coffee order only. 

Club Members can only redeem the Welcome Offer once per Club Member account number. Free standard delivery is included with all orders containing the purchase of any Vertuo or Original Welcome Offer packs which includes a Welcome Offer Gift. 

Welcome Offer coffee selections and gifts are subject to stock availability. 

Choice of one complimentary accessory gift available with the Original 100 Capsules Welcome Offers or Vertuo 100 Capsules Welcome Offers. 

Capsule dispensers are supplied without capsules. 

Selection of complimentary accessories will be determined by Nespresso.
