I got this machine in white as a birthday gift from a friend, and I was very happy with it at first….until it started leaking from the bottom. From then on, it started to brew coffee more louder than it did in the beginning, and then when I would plug the machine in to use, it would run water through the machine - around 10 seconds and the light was orange. Then it would stop running water and the light would become white on the power button. I didn’t think much of all these at first, until it stopped working altogether. I tried to factory reset it, do a descaling, checked that the water tank was properly attached (and full), that the spinner inside was turning properly….EVERYTHING!!! But in the end, I gave up because I was wasting capsules too from trying to see if I fixed the issue. I read so many reviews online, and turns out this machine is a really bad model in general where people had very similar issues. I still have a lot of capsules left, so I decided to buy a Vertuo round head instead. I only had this machine for a month and it already gave up and went to heaven.

It’s not as fast as the keurig, but the taste is worth it. For the price tag, it is definitely an amazing buy. It also prevents buying coffee out all the time. It’s almost just as easy.

I started with Nespresso back in 2017 using their Original line and decided as of October 2023, to switch to their Vertuo line. I had acquired their Vertuo Next, Premium, and it had water leakage from the bottom. I received a replacement machine today, and once again, water leakage from the bottom in which tech support suggested replacing for a different model. It is very apparent that Nespresso rushed a product without testing. I am giving one last shot with hopes that the different model (vertuo round head) will not experience the same water leakage problems, right out of the box, after going through the cleaning cycle.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I got the wife’s ok for me to purchase and since then our house is one nespresso conversation after another. Honestly I think I should be a rep because I cannot say enough about how great the coffee tastes and also how effortlessly the machine works. This is the second Nespresso machine I've purchased, I got the Vertuo Plus for my mom since she has bigger counter space. I used that at her house and loved it, so decided I wanted my own machine.. but needed something smaller.
Not too long after, Nespresso released the Vertuo Pop and I got myself one. It does the job, makes excellent coffee and espresso, and is easy to use. It fits nicely on my small countertop, too. Very glad I purchased this lil gem!

I am a little disappointed in the Pop with the fact that it offers 5 different coffee sizes including the 14 oz but yet doesnt allow for a larger cup including Nespresso own tall mugs (which I own!). I am also disappointed with the temperature. This does not heat the coffee nearly as much as other machines.

We recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. If you’d like to enjoy a taller Nespresso beverage, you may visit us online, and view our capsule drawer. With your machine sitting on capsule drawer, you will be able to fit a taller glass/cup under the coffee outlet to enjoy a taller beverage. If you need assistance with your Vertuo Pop Plus machine, please do not hesitate to contact us through our toll-free number, 800-562-1465. Each machine comes with at least a one-year warranty and lifetime troubleshooting assistance. Thanks!
