The only thing I don’t like is that I can only get two cups of coffee and my tumblers don’t usually fit under the spout. But again, the appeal of the machine was the reduced size so I can’t really complain.

This Nespresso Vertuo Pop+ is perfect for a tasty morning espresso. Also excellent for a cold coffee drink. The only thing I would like to see on this machines is to make the espresso hotter other than that is perfect.

I love it! I always keep it clean and let it drain water after every cup and used a brush to clean the inside. I love it and the coffee is amazing, fast and easy!

I bought this machine 2 months ago after my previous machine of 2 years broke. After only 2 months this machine broke. I brewed a double espresso and the entire espresso brewed out of the bottom of the machine and right next to the cord causing a major electrical safety hazard. This machine also feels much cheaper than the previous machine I had. Would not recommend this machine.

We recommend descaling your machine with Nespresso Descaling Solution every 3 months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first, to remove internal mineral deposit that can build up, which can affect the flow, temperature and overall performance of your machine. A weekly cleaning will keep the brew unit clear of grinds and coffee residue. If you're still experiencing issues after descaling, please call us to speak with a machine expert. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 800-562-1465.

I loved my machine while it lasted however after only owning it for 2.5 years it randomly quit one morning. The machine would no longer read the barcodes even with all the recommended actions from nespresso themselves. Sad that you can only get a few years out of these machines and thats it.
