This Vertuo machine has been the answer to my convenience prayers while still feeling decadent while sipping my espresso in the A.M. Now a must have in my house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a daily coffee drinker and I literally have to have a cup every morning or I feel as though I cannot function properly. This machine absolutely takes my coffee drinking experience to a whole different level and has opened me up to flavors and styles that I probably wouldn't have considered on my own. I want to start by saying I love the design. It is very modern like and goes well with my other kitchen appliances and decor. The slim style allows it to be placed on my countertop and still allows space for me to do any prep work for a meal or to place another small appliance beside it, if I choose. It's definitely not big and bulky but works like it is much bigger than it is!! There's a whole lot of power in this compact frame. The instructions were somewhat easy to follow but I am I "hands on" person so I needed to just go for it myself and learned how to work the machine properly just using common sense and previous knowledge of coffee makers. As far as usability goes, it is really simple, quick, and not over complicated to use. Most of the work is done for you. Just pop in the pod/capsule and the machine adjusts to it and literally does all the work for you. The coffee is definitely premium tasting and I've been loving trying flavors I've never had before and trying different styles of "joe". The clean up process is also easy and I love how the machine disposes of the used pod/capsule for me. While on, there is some sound but I don't think it is loud or noisy. It definitely puts a lovely smell in the air every time I use it and there's just something calming about that, to me. The only con is not being able to use any other brand of pod/capsule when I run out. It's not a deal breaker but something to be made aware of. Overall, it is a nice addition to my kitchen. I love how it looks, it's capabilities, how fast it is, and the fact that I get to experiment with different coffees right at home!!

There are so many benefits of this Nespresso. First, it’s super sleek and doesn’t take up too much counter space (great since I have a small kitchen). I also love how dynamic it is. Since I enjoy having both espresso and coffee at separate times, it’s great to have a machine that does all of that (and more!) I am absolutely loving my new Nespresso and would highly recommend to anyone thinking about getting one.

It comes with a variety of coffee samples to get me brewing (my favorite so far is the caramel cookie). The machine is small enough to fit in small areas and has a beautiful rose gold accent to compliment any kitchen. The included coffee mug is very beautiful, it has become my favorite coffee/tea mug. Overall, an awesome, easy to use coffee machine. Highly recommended.

But man oh man, once you do its really incredible! the fact that you can do so many different styles of coffee in one machine is mind blowing! i love that there are so many different coffee (ish) things i can make with the vertuo next. cant wait to try more blends.

Beautiful design that fits in my modern kitchen and I love how the coffee tastes. I have not gone out anywhere to coffee in so long. Easy to clean and use. I'm hooked!

It came with a variety pack sampler so I could really figure out which ones I prefer. The full coffee pods instead of the espresso pods are pretty great, but I'll drink them all. Now. The coffee/espresso it yields is far superior to the previous single cup brewers i had and i love that the pods are Recyclable! The milk frother is also a game changer

I like how we can make espresso and coffee with it and I can get a cup size all the way up to a carafe. It's not loud and all the directions were easy to figure out. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this espresso machine because well let's face it I'm a man in my 40s and waking up in the morning is not the same as when I was in my twenties sometimes you just need to pick me up and this machine is easy to set up it's got a lot of Bluetooth features which is really cool and I'm still learning to play with them but overall I have no complaints it makes great espresso and coffee and it was an easy setup it works well and as well put together I have no complaints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're on the go and don't have time to tinker with making a nice cup of coffee or espresso - this machine is a winner. Pop in the capsule, press the top button and watch it go to work. It is a bit loud, but most espresso machines are when building up pressure - this one just spins the capsule instead of the traditional methods. It creates a lovely crema on your cup and does a very good job. Now, let's go over the good, the bad, and the ugly. The good: Makes a great cup of coffee or espresso. It's quick and easy and only takes one button and making sure your container is below the spout. When you open to put a new capsule in the old one drops into a disposal bin (that is also easy to remove and empty) and accepts the new capsule. Upon startup it does have wifi capability. This may seem like a bad/ugly but it isn't because the only purpose of this is to ensure that you have registered your product and get support if and when you need it. As far as I can tell it does not need to be connected to operate. Its a decent size but small enough to fit anywhere on the counter and looks great as well! The bad: Proprietary capsules. Each capsule has a barcode the machine scans to create the designed cup of coffee/espresso. This barcode gives all the information - amount of water, pressure, type of coffee/espresso - to the machine to create a cup. If you have your own coffee, or want a specific roast to be different (e.g. want a double shot of espresso instead of just a single shot) you are out of luck. With the capsule they are saying that you better be happy with what the machine makes because there is no alternative. The ugly: The capsules. I am not a fan of these at all. They are made of thin aluminum and will dent with a slight drop. While that isn't a big deal the big deal is you have no idea what you're going to get until you make your cup of espresso/coffee. Obviously the capsule size indicates what cup/shot you are going to get but as far as flavor goes - you're completely blind until you try it. You do not get to use your own coffee either, as said before. Sure, there are sample packs, but if you have a favorite coffee you'll never be able to make it with this machine unless it is a Nespresso capsule. Another ugly point is that these machines are super prone to errors and malfunctions. This will also ultimately waste money because of the design of the machine when you insert a capsule the machine punctures and functionally "uses" the capsule. In this case, if your machine errors and you open it back up to fix the error - it dumps the capsule in the waste bin without actually using it and making coffee. While I have not experienced any errors I also have not been using this machine for 6+ months, so I have no idea on the longevity of the machine. Because of the ugly factors here, I am unable to recommend this machine to someone. The only people that I may be able to recommend it to are those who already have a Nespresso capsule they know they like as well as don't know how to properly use a manual espresso machine or are looking into a automatic machine.

Coffee tast great and the ability for it to adapt to the brew is a very nice feature, taking out the multiple buttons and giving it a great look on a countertop.

The instructions are clear and simple. The Nespresso App makes everything a breeze. Once the machine is set up for the first time just pop in a capsule, push the start button and within seconds you’ll have a delicious coffee drink and a kitchen that smells amazing. The machine is slim, light and compact which is perfect because I don’t have a ton of counter space so I have to move my machine around as needed. My family is looking forward to creating all the different kinds of coffee drinks that can be made with our new Nespresso Vertuo Next.

I am excited with each different coffee I brew daily, and there has not been any disappointments because they all taste great! The machine is really easy to use with simple instructions that are included. I am so amazed at how this small machine understands exactly what cup size to brew, the brewing time, and what the temperature should be set at depending on what I am brewing. Also, this is saving me lots of money on my double espresso because now I can just brew from the comfort of my own home for myself and a even a few friends if I like! I can definitely tell this machine is made of excellent quality and will last a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Talk about espressos made easy! If you are looking for an easy and quick way of making an espresso, this is the route to go! This cuts out all the extra stuff, which could be a pro or con. Really depends on if you enjoy the concept of all the extra that comes with making an espresso. This is as simple as turning the machine on, throwing a 'pod' in the machine and you're good to go! If you do not have a froth machine, you will need to get one, as this does not have a built-in frother. When opening the lid, do not pull up the lid, simply put the 'lever' over a little more and it will open up. The 'claws' will grab the pod and dump it into a disposal area, which is so neat, in my opinion. Depending on the size of the pods, this could fill up pretty fast though! The machine does heat fast and brews quick, too! The stand that the cup/mug sits one is adjustable. It seems to be fairly sturdy even though it is removable! My own con is, this machine sits out so far! It definitely takes up a lot of room. But, all in all, we are in love with this machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine was easy to setup coming out of the box and also came with a pack of vertuo cups to use with the machine. The directions were not the best, I had to go to their website to figure out how to use the machine properly. After using it a few times it was easy to operate going forward. The machine is slim and fits easily into a small space. It has a water container on the back that is easily removable and easy to put back. Opening and locking is simple and it has a neat feature that slides the used cup into a waste container within the machine. Once the container is filled you can remove, dump, and replace quickly. Depending on the cup size, the first time you use the machine with the cup it stores the “brew” size. After the initial brew, every cup with a like vertuo cup size will brew the same amount. The machine also has an app that hooks up via Bluetooth. I didn’t find the app to be very useful but that is probably a user preference. Keep in mind that to use this machine you have to use their brand of prefilled cups. The coffee is great and seems to be of high quality, however it is more expensive than I had been spending on other brands of individual single use coffee cups. Overall it is a very easy to use this machine once you get the hang of it and produces delicious coffee and espresso.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the Vertuo so I could take it to the office. I have another Nespresso that I use at home, and needed one at the office. Overall, I really like it. Its sleek, a little smaller than my other model, and works well. I don't get why it connects to Bluetooth, though. And sometimes it's hard to tell when the water tank is fully pushed in. Other than that, it's great. Great coffee, great product. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys all of the coffee products Nespresso can do.
