I've had this since May of 2021 and I've had NO issues with it whatsoever. We make roughly 2-3 cups of coffee a day and it's consistently the best cup of coffee each time. I love this model because it takes up minimal counter space, the milk frother is AMAZING, and you can customize your coffee in many ways. I've saved so much money this year just from making coffee at home. I can't imagine my life without this amazing contraption.

I purchase this machine a bit less than 3 years ago (11/24/18). At the beginning all was OK, then I noticed a tiny light brownish water leakage. It has gotten worst, gets on the counter to the point that I have to place a paper towel to prevent damaging boxes of tea and capsules I store next to it. I thought it has one year but just realized I had 2 years warranty which is expired now. Does anyone have this problem? What is the solution?

We purchased the Breville Creatista Plus for Nespresso, and less than 2 weeks from when the 2 year warranty would have expired, the thing broke down. I contacted Nespresso, and I had a very satisfactory experience. I sent them the machine, they sent me a new one, all covered under warranty! No issues, and that all happened about a year and a half ago. In the meantime, because we can’t live without our morning cappuccinos, we bought the Citrix, and milk frother (2 tiny machines that together make a great cappuccino). So now with our backup in place, we’re all set. And those 2 tiny machines would be great to take if we were to travel. Since having this machine, I just can’t go back to anything else. We’re not coffee snobs, but my husband is European, so he loves proper coffee (Italian coffee shop style), and that’s what we’re getting with this machine. And the fact that it broke so close to warranty expiration, well that was just luck. I started out with Mr Coffee in the 70’s, then Krups and a coffee bean grinder was in vogue in the 80’s. In the 90’s I experimented with the little espresso machine that I had to fill with espresso powder and tamp down, and had the little side arm adjustable steam wand, it was a bit fiddly. And now, finally, I’ve found my holy grail coffee machine. It’s so easy to use and maintain, it’s everything I’ve wanted in one machine, I LOVE it!

Can't use my Creatista Plus because the plastic water tank leaks. I tried everything to fix it myself because I can't even find a replacement water tank. Looks good still sitting on my counter.

I have been using nespresso machines for more than 10 years now, and I have recommended it to friends and we all agree that this machines and coffees are just great, I am more than happy with my Creatista Plus machine !!!!! the Milk frother is great too.

I was on the search for a great and affordable espresso maker with an integrated milk frother. This product met all my criterial. With this machine, you can customized all of your coffee and milk settings, i.e., volume, temperature, foam level... The frother is great since it uses steam to froth the milk just like they do in the cafes. I have had this machine over 3 years, use it every day and it still looks and acts like brand new. Highly recommended.

We loved this machine at first, but the frother broke after about six months of light use. Unfortunately, it seems getting this repaired is going to be a pain, having to send the machine back and be without a coffee maker while we wait. From the reviews I've read online, most of the repairs are unsuccessful and require long wait times. Clearly this is a common problem and Nespresso should rectify the situation with a replacement machine.

I wish I can return this machine for my old Essenza Mini :( The creatista plus was not producing excellent crema and so I got a replacement and the new machine is the exact same. Weak crema that you can see coffee through it. My essenza Mini never gave me issues like this no matter what pod I used

We were missing the taste of a great cafe style coffee while in lockdown so purchased the Nespresso Creatista Plus Expresso Machine. We love it, it is so easy to use, lots of options so we can all choose our preferred style of coffee and it is so quick (faster than boiling the jug). It also looks great on my bench and I was surprised it doesn't take up too much space. Very very happy.

Good but not great, espresso's are slightly over warm, other settings are fine.

This machine is sacred in my household. My family knows to stay clear of me in the morning until I’ve made my espresso shot. It’s expensive, but there’s frequent sales for this product. I make all kinds of fancy drinks and lattes with the attached milk steamer, and I enjoy trying the varieties of flavors nespresso offers.

I have had my Creatista for 2 years and use it daily, mostly for latte or espresso - I find that the frother works best if the water tank is FULL but it does tend to be a bit inconsistent. Not sure it makes a distinction between cappucino and latte. That being said, I am still thinking of getting a second one for my other house. Just waiting for a sale. I do think the machines are overpriced.

Size is good without taking up much room on the bench and also light enough to move easily. Like that the milk temp can be altered to suit and find ‘very hot’ to be a good temp. It’s about 70deg. Then another level up of temp to go as well. Is simple and clean to use.

My husband and I are so happy with our Creatista Plus. The macchiatos are amazing and so easy to make. Love that the frothed is self cleaning. So happy in the morning now drinking my perfect coffees. Much easier than my last machine that expired after 16 years.

Fantastic, super easy to use after following instructions a couple of times. Then it was a breeze to use. Makes great Individual styled coffee and milk temperature and amount of froth.

I have had this machine for about 8 months and loving it. It is so easy to use and maintain. The coffees are excellent. Flat white is my go to. Although, I have been making lots of iced coffees lately with a variety of coffees.I just ordered the new iced coffee capsules yesterday so looking forward to trying them. Not expecting anything but delicious! I’ve had 4 people buy Nespresso machines after trying a coffee. I think I have only seen 4 other people since Covid lol. Oh and cant wait for more Jamaican Blue Mountain. It is the best.

I love, love my Nesspresso Brewville creatista! I love all of the features it has to offer. There are control Temps for very hot, hot. You also can choose what size Expresso shot you want. My favorite part about the machine is the frother. I really get that coffee shop experience because I know this is a mini home version of that. I give the coffee machine 5 stars
