Nespresso Club is a new Nespresso loyalty program that rewards Nespresso Members when they purchase coffee. An active member is anyone who has a registered Nespresso account and has purchased coffee with Nespresso within the last 12 months.
By tracking annual coffee consumption, Members can move up through the membership tiers, starting at the Club Member level and working their way up to the Ambassador level, our most exclusive tier. Ambassadors must purchase 800 capsules or more each year to gain access to additional benefits exclusive to them.
Simply register for a new Nespresso account, or log into your existing Nespresso account and make your first coffee purchase if you haven’t made one in the last 12 months. You must also make at least one coffee purchase each year to maintain your membership in the Nespresso Club.
To achieve Ambassador status, you must purchase at least 800 capsules or more annually.
Coffee purchases may be made through your Nespresso account either in Nespresso Boutiques, Nespresso.com, Nespresso App or by calling our Customer Care Centre 1800 623 033.
You can view your membership status, your accrued coffee purchases and the benefits available to you any time by logging in to your Nespresso account on this website or on the Nespresso App. Once logged in, head to your ‘My Account’ section and to ‘My Member Status’.
When you make a coffee capsule purchase through your Nespresso account (either from a Nespresso Boutique, the Nespresso customer care centre, or logged in on Nespresso.com or the Mobile App), your coffee purchase will automatically be tracked.
Coffee consumption is tracked annually, which means your coffee purchases accumulate from the date of your first coffee order, for the 12 months following that first coffee order.
For example, if you made your first coffee purchase on 1 March this year, your coffee consumption will accumulate from that date until the last day of February the following year.
If you are at Nespresso Club Member level, you must purchase at least 1 coffee capsule every 12 months to remain an active member. If you do not purchase at least 1 coffee purchase in any given year, your Nespresso Club membership will automatically deactivate at the end of your membership year.
If you are at Ambassador Level, you must purchase at least 800 coffee capsules every 12 months. If you purchase less than 800 coffee capsules in any given year, you will automatically drop to Nespresso Club Member level at the end of your membership year.
It is important that you keep track of your annual capsule consumption by checking your Nespresso account. You can do so by visiting the “My Account” section on the Nespresso website or App, with a Coffee Specialist in a Nespresso Boutique or by calling our Customer Care Centre 1800 623 033.
To remain a Nespresso Club member, you must maintain ‘active’ status by purchasing coffee within the last 12 months. If you have not made a coffee purchase in the last 12 months, you can activate your Nespresso Club membership by logging onto your Nespresso account and making a coffee purchase. To check if you have made any coffee purchases in the last 12 months, log onto your Nespresso account on the website Nespresso.com or App and head to your ‘My Account’ section.
You can redeem any of the benefits available to you by logging into your Nespresso account online or on the App, or by providing your membership number in Nespresso Boutiques or our Customer Care Centre 1800 623 033.
From time to time we will offer exclusive promotions only available to Nespresso Club members – these are subject to seasonality and may change in timing and frequency.
The conditions for Club status eligibility are applicable to Coffee Plus/Machine Plus members so they can enjoy all the Club benefits with no exclusions. This means all coffee capsules purchased as part of your Coffee Plus/Machine Plus plan are tracked with your Nespresso Club membership.
No, only paid capsules purchased through your Nespresso account count towards your coffee consumption calculation.
Yes, any returned capsules will be deducted from your capsule consumption calculation.
No, you do not need to be opted-in to marketing communications to receive the promotional benefits available to you with your Club membership. The benefits available to you will be published on our website and viewable if you are logged in. However, we encourage you to opt-in to marketing so you don’t miss out on receiving notifications about these benefits, including exclusive competitions and promotions which we run from time to time.
Yes, any member may cancel their membership at any time by contacting the Customer Care Centre 1800 623 033. When a Club member cancels their membership, they will no longer have access to associated Club rewards and benefits. However, when you cancel your membership, your Nespresso account will remain active.
If you wish for us to delete your Nespresso account and all details associated with that account, please let us know when talking to us.

Club Members and Ambassador tier customers will receive a $10 saving on an eligible coffee capsule order on each anniversary of their membership. Your membership anniversary is that calendar month you sign up for a membership and make your first coffee purchase. For example, if you join the Nespresso Club in March (based on registering a Nespresso account and making your first coffee purchase), your anniversary month will be March. This means your first reward will be available to you the following 12 months from that date, and every March thereafter. To redeem your $10 anniversary reward, simply purchase any coffee capsules through your membership account during your anniversary month. Minimum order spend must be more than the reward amount and can only be redeemed in a single transaction. Reward cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer (unless otherwise specified).

Ambassador members will benefit from a 30% saving when you buy a participating Nespresso coffee machine through your membership account. This offer is available when purchased directly from Nespresso, and excludes machine subscription plans, machine starter kit and barista milk frother. Offer is available for 1 machine per membership each year. If an order of 2 or more machines is placed for Original-only machines or Vertuo-only machines the saving will apply to the most expensive machine. If an order of 2 or more machines is placed for a combination of Original and Vertuo machines the saving will apply to the most expensive Original machine.
