You’ll need milk, of course and 40ml of Barista Creations Vaniglia or Sweet Vanilla, extracted into a cup. A little optional Monin Vanilla Syrup (around 15ml) adds an extra layer of sweetness, if desired. Heat your milk to a medium froth and gently pour over the espresso. And that’s it! You've unlocked a little bit of vanilla bliss.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Pour 100ml of milk into your milk device and heat on medium froth setting.

Step 2 of 3

Extract 40ml of coffee into a cup, swirling the espresso after extraction to create a smooth texture in the crema. Optional: Add 15ml of Vanilla Monin Syrup to the bottom of the glass so to combine with the hot espresso after extraction.

Step 3 of 3

Once milk is heated, pour gently over your espresso.
