Origin
A rounded combination of high-grown Colombian Arabicas and gourmet washed Guatemalan Robustas.
Roasting
Colombian Arabica gets a light roast to preserve some acidity and develop a mild cereal note. The Guatemalan washed Robusta is dark roasted to bring out a full crema.
