| Machine & Accessories | • You have the right to exchange machines and accessories within 14 days of purchase. • Nespresso will only accept products that are returned in an undamaged, unused condition and in their original packaging accompanied by their original invoice. • Products with latent defects must be returned within 14 days of purchase along with the original invoice for the product to be repaired or replaced. • Our policies do not affect your statutory rights. |
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and validated by the Nespresso Customer Relationship Centre (CRC). Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and may take 7–10 working days, depending on banking processing times.
Nespresso Original, Vertuo and Professional machines, as well as Aeroccino’s, are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to applicable warranty terms and conditions.
