Origin
This 100% Arabica blend gets its coffee mostly from Ethiopia and Indonesia.
Roasting
The first part of this blend gets a light and short roast to enhance the delicate notes typical of Ethiopian Arabica. The second gets a medium roast to bring balance and roundness to the cup.

| 8 x 30g | Nespresso Ice Cubes |
| 2 | Cucumber Slices |
| 120ml | Tonic water |
| 1 Capsule | Yuzu Vanilla Over Ice |
| 1 bunch | Organic Fresh Mint |
| Optional | Organic Orange Zest |
Materials
| Mixology Glass Large |
| Nespresso Ice Cube Tray |
How to make
| 01 | In a Mixology glass (L), combine 6 Nespresso ice cubes and a slice of cucumber, then pour in 60ml of tonic water. |
| 02 | Extract 80ml of Yuzu Vanilla coffee into a jug, add 2 ice cube. |
| 03 | Gently pour the foamed Iced Coffee Nitro over the mixture in the glass. |
| 04 | Garnish with an additional cucumber slice and slap fresh mint leaves to release their essence. |
| 05 | Optional: Express orange zest over the drink for added aromas. |
