Ristretto Intenso
In RISTRETTO INTENSO , a South American Arabica gains intensity when married with Robusta. It leads to a roasty, bitter, and bold coffee blend with spicy pepper and woody aromas dancing through a creamy texture.
Origin
This blend uses a Vietnamese Robusta for a smooth, velvety texture, combined with fine Arabicas for its subtler aromas.
Roasting
The Robustas in this blend get an intense roast to highlight the body and bitterness inherent in the bean. The Arabicas get a gentler short roast that enhances its natural sweetness and its finer aromatics.
