Bridging the Ottoman Empire and Western Europe, Venice has a long history of importing the world’s coffees and expertly roasting them to balance their diversity. Colombian and Brazilian Arabicas provide the foundation: delicately aromatic, harmoniously balanced, with caramel notes and a thick body.
Roasting
A fairly dark roast that gives Venezia that rounded mouthfeel and mellowed acidity with just a hint of bitterness.
With Milk
As a cappuccino, the rounded smoothness and sweetness of Venezia are amplified in a creamy cup that is not short in coffee taste.
