We roast South American and Asian Arabicas to bring you punchy peppery notes and a bittersweetness that’s downright delicious over ice. Drink it like a local: Extract 2 capsules as ristretto into a shaker of ice and water, sweeten to taste, shake to froth and serve.
Origin
This 100% Arabica blend is crafted from Peruvian and Indonesian beans, selected specifically for their ability to withstand a darker roast, resulting in a powerful iced coffee.
Roasting
Athens Freddo Intenso gets a split roast. Both roasts are medium-dark to bring out the fruity notes and keep some of the coffees’ sweetness present.

How to make
| 01 | Extract 25ml of OL Athens Freddo Intenso twice into a Barista Recipe Glass. |
| 02 | Add two ice cubes and froth the coffee using the NanoFoamer with the lower speed for 5 seconds. |
| 03 | Then add 2-3 Nespresso ice cubes into the glass. |
