This exquisite blend is a true reflection of Florence’s cultural significance: an intellectual hub in the heart of Italy, drawing influences from across the country. Arpeggio’s roasting style brings these influences together by combining fruity notes traditionally found in the North of Italy with cocoa notes from the South, culminating in a velvety, dense and creamy cup.
Origin
This 100% Arabica blend is created using beans from Brazil, Guatemala and other fine origins.
Roasting
An intense roast of the coffee beans develops the distinct characteristics of each of Arpeggio’s coffees and seeks to let each one shine in the cup. The malty aroma turns into the cocoa notes that give this espresso its gravitas.
