Volluto Decaffeinato is the decaffeinated version of its 1986 classic namesake. We lightly roasted Brazilian and Colombian Arabica beans to highlight their specificities and reveal both sweet biscuit and fresh, fruity notes. Carefully preserving its rich aromatic profile in the decaffeination process, Volluto’s alter ego pays tribute to those who adore the taste of coffee but prefer to minimise their caffeine intake.
Origin
Volluto’s delicious profile is created combining the sweet mellowness of Brazilian Arabicas with the fruitiness of Colombian Arabicas.
Roasting
Volluto light roasted - not too dark, not too long - and given a medium grind to keep it all in harmony. This roast turns the Brazil’s cereal notes to sweet biscuit and keeps the fruity notes of the Colombian beans alive.
Our capsules are made of 80% recycled Aluminium
This is part of our continued journey towards circularity, going further to minimize waste and maximize the reuse of product materials.
Recycled aluminium requires less energy to produce and it provides the perfect barrier against oxygen, light, and humidity to protect the freshness and aromas of coffee over time.
