Spiced Herbstmilch coffee
Hot pepper and bitter almonds are enlivened with the honey and maple syrup notes of the Dulsão do Brasil Grand Cru. The spicy flavours of an Indian summer.
- Heat the milk and mix it with the chocolate powder
- Pour the syrup into a Latte Macchiato glass and prepare some milk froth using the steam nozzle of your Nespresso machine or the Aeroccino milk frother
- Pour the hot milk into the glass and mix it with the syrup
- Then, top the mixture with frothed milk
- Prepare an Espresso and add it slowly to the mixture in the glass
- Finally sprinkle the froth with chili powder.
