Preparation

  • In the shaker, put the scoop of vanilla ice cream, the milk, the syrup, 1 teaspoon of chocolate powder, the icecubes and mix it. 
  • Pour it into a glass. 
  • Prepare the Grand Cru in espresso (40 ml / 1.5 oz), shake it with icecubes and add it into the glass.
  • Mix the cream with some chocolate powder to create Chantilly. 
  • Add the chocolate Chantilly on top. 
  • Decorate with some chocolate chips.
