Iced raspberry coffee

A walk in the forest. The scent of crushed mint under the raspberry bushes, for one of the most refreshing experiences possible.

Ingredients

  • capsule of either Arpeggio or Decaffeinato Intenso Grand Cru (40 ml, 1.5 oz)
  • tablespoons of hot milk froth
  • fresh mint leaf, chopped
  • scoop of raspberry ice cream

Materials

  • water glass (110 ml/4 oz)
  • Aeroccino milk frother or your Nespresso machine's steam nozzle

Preparation

Prepare the milk froth using the steam nozzle of your Nespresso machine or the Aeroccino milk frother, add the fresh mint leaf, and set aside
  • Prepare an Espresso of your chosen Grand Cru in a glass and carefully add the ice cream scoop
  • Top it with the mint flavoured milk froth to finish
  • Serve immediately
