Do I have to set up a £25 Subscription or can
I select cheaper/more expensive plan?
Nespresso offers different tailored made coffee plans according to our Members' needs. As part of the Original Welcome offer, you can enjoy the first and sixth month free on our £25 Coffee Subscription Plan. Whilst you can select a higher priced plan, please be aware that the applied discount will remain the same.
How long after redeeming this offer do I
remain an Ambassador for?
As part of Nespresso & You, your Ambassador tier benefits will continue for as long as your Coffee Subscription remains active.
How long does it take for my coffee to arrive
after activating my plan?
The best thing about our Coffee Subscriptions is that it's so flexible! You can order coffee (or accessories) of your choice, as and when you need them. Make sure you're signed in and add your chosen Nespresso coffee to your Shopping Bag, and your credit will be deducted at the checkout as payment (or part payment) for your order.
How long do I have to make my second
order?
As part of the Welcome Offer, your second order can be placed any time up to 6 months after the first order. As outlined in the Terms & Conditions, your second gift will be added automatically to your basket as long as your Coffee Subscription is still active.
I bought my machine from trade, how do I
redeem this offer?
You can still claim the offer if you have purchased your machine from another retailer. To start, click on Activate my box. You will be prompted to create an account or to log in. Enter the promotional code that can be found on your starter capsule set within your new machine box.
My machine was purchased as a gift, am I still
eligible for the offer?
Yes! You can claim the offer with any Original machine using the promotional code, which can be found on your starter capsule set within your new machine box.
