1. Simply click the link below where you can schedule a collection for a convenient date and time. This can be done at any time. There is no need to wait for your next Nespresso order.​

2. Enter your details required using the below advice:​
- Item Size: Select “Small parcel”​
- Weight: Select “Up to 2kg”​ - Select a safeplace where you wish to leave your bag. ​

By selecting the safeplace option, this means you do not need to be at home for the collection as the Royal Mail Representative will bring their own label.

Remember to fill the bags to the maximum level line and seal them securely.​

If you have multiple bags, please repeat the booking process for each bag. You can now book at any time! There is no need to store bags or make multiple bookings in the future.

BOOKING YOUR RETURN WITH THE ROYAL MAIL IS INCREDIBLY EASY

1. Simply click the link below and enter your details.

2. You will be emailed a QR code to display at your local Post Office or Royal Mail Delivery Office. There is no need to print a label.​​

3. Drop off your capsules at one of +14,000 Royal Mail locations.​​

Remember to fill the bags to the maximum level line and seal them securely.​

If you have multiple bags, please generate a QR code for each bag. You can now book at any time! There is no need to store bags or wait for your next Nespresso order.​

Fill your recycling bag with used capsules (approximately 150 Original capsules per bag, or 65 Vertuo). There is no need for any labelling. Drop it off at any of our Nespresso Boutiques.

You may pick up a new Nespresso recycling bag there too.
