A Latte Macchiato is when you add coffee to milk and not the other way round. This creates a visually stunning three-layered coffee comprised of froth on top of a layer of Espresso and dense hot milk.

INGREDIENTS

- Master Origin Indonesia or Livanto: 1 capsule

- Milk: 150 ml

MATERIALS

- Nespresso Aeroccino

- View Large Recipe Glass

- Nespresso Coffee Machine

LET'S MAKE IT

1. Heat up your milk using the higher-froth setting on the Creatista steam wand, Aeroccino or machines from the Latissima range.
Your Creatista machine can do this at the touch of a button.

2. Pour the milk into a Recipe glass.

3. Brew your Espresso (40ml) on top of the milk. The milk and coffee will separate to create three layers.

4. Serve and enjoy!
