- 30 ml / 1 oz of liquid chocolate
- 20 ml / 0.7 oz of whipped cream
- 10 ml / 0.3 oz of cane sugar
- Chopped mint leaves
- Shaker

How to make !
- Pour ½ cl / 0
- 2 oz of cane sugar into a glass
- Pour your Roma Grand Cru and 30 ml / 1 oz of liquid chocolate, mint leaves and cane sugar into a cocktail shaker
- Shake vigorously
- Pour the chilled Grand Cru and liquid chocolate and mint mixture into a glass
- Finish by adding the whipped cream on top of the preparation and garnish with a mint leave and chocolate topping
- Sip and enjoy!
