  • Oat Milk 180 ml
  • Crushed Pistachios 1 Garnish
  • Marshmallow 1 Garnish

    01

    In a large Barista Glass, spread pistachio paste at the bottom and sides of the glass. Add six ice cubes (approximately 30g each) and pour in 80ml of Barista Oat Milk.

    In your Aeroccino, pour 100ml of Barista Oat milk, close the lid, and press the cold foam button.​

    Once the foam is ready, pour it over the ice in the glass, leaving a little room at the top.

    Extract 80ml of Pistachio Vanilla Over Ice coffee directly into the glass.

    Top with small marshmallows, and if desired, caramelize them with a torch. Finish with a sprinkle of ground pistachios.
