Nespresso Subscription SOHO plan is a coffee machine subscription plan tailored to meet the needs of any type of small business. When you subscribe to Nespresso Subscription, receive a Zenius machine and complimentary Aeroccino3 Milk Frother . You will be able to set up a recurring delivery of 200 Nespresso capsules at $140* ($160 with GST) per month for a 12 months subscription term. Enjoy an automated delivery of coffee capsules to your business at the frequency of your choosing. Discover a wide range of coffee styles from espressos to lattes and deliver the ultimate coffee experience for your guests, clients and employees.

*$140 does not include prevailing GST
Will I own the Nespresso coffee machine after signing up for the SOHO Subscription plan?

After a minimum purchase of 200 capsules monthly for 12 months, you will be able to own the Zenius machine and Aeroccino3 Milk Frother .

Your Nespresso coffee machine will come with 1 year warranty.

Am I allowed to sign up for more than one Nespresso Subscription plan?

For the SOHO plan, each customer is eligible to subscribe to multiple machines per commercial billing address. For customers who subscribe to multiple machines per commercial billing address, your Recurring Order of capsules will be consolidated into one transaction for seamless ordering.

Can I choose another coffee machine other than the machine offered in the Subscription plan I chose? (e.g. Can I choose a Vertuo Lattissima when I subscribe to the SOHO plan?)

Unfortunately, the Nespresso coffee machine is specific to the Nespresso Subscription plan you have chosen. (e.g. If you have chosen to subscribe to the SOHO plan, the Nespresso coffee machine under this plan is the Zenius which is able to meet the consumption demands of up to 15 users. If you would like the Vertuo Lattissima, you can opt to subscribe for the Café-At-Home plan instead.)

What if I change my mind about my Nespresso Subscription plan?

Should you decide that Nespresso Subscription is not for you anymore, you can cancel it by calling the Nespresso Customer Service at 800 852 3525 (Mon to Sun, 8am to 10pm toll-free). If you wish to cancel your plan before the end of the 12 months term, you will have to pay the cancellation fee of $558 for the SOHO Plan.

Your Nespresso coffee machine and Aeroccino3 Milk Frother is still yours to keep after cancellation of the SOHO plan. You will not be entitled to a refund in cash for any monthly fee already paid.

What happens after the 12 months Nespresso Subscription plan?

After the 12 months term, your Nespresso Subscription Plan will be automatically renewed (i.e. you continue to pay the Monthly Fee each month), and will continue until you cancel it.

2 weeks before the Term ends, you will receive an email reminding you that the Term is coming to an end. To cancel, you will need to contact the Nespresso Customer service at 800 852 3525 (Mon to Sun, 8am to 10pm toll-free). There is no cancellation fee if you cancel after the Term.

After cancellation, the Nespresso coffee machine and Aeroccino3 Milk Frother is yours to keep. The Recurring Order of coffee capsules will cease once Subscription is terminated.
