Iced Vanilla Latte featuring Espresso Vanilla

A traditional iced coffee recipe that enhances the vanilla aromas of Espresso Vanilla. Treat yourself with a maple syrup twist, which will add a sweet touch for a smooth afternoon indulgence.

METHOD

  1. 1. Place icecubes into the bottom of your glass.
  2. 2. Pour espresso over the top.
  3. 3. Pour cold frothed milk over the ice and coffee.
  4. 4. Optional: garnish with maple syrup to preference.

INGREDIENTS

  • - 1 Nespresso Professional Espresso Vanilla capsule extracted as a 40mL Espresso
  • - 4 ice cubes or 30g ice cubes
  • - 90mL cold frothed milk (using the cold milk froth device on your machine or Aeroccino4 milk frother)
  • - 15mL maple syrup (optional)
