Automatic ordering of Nespresso Professional Coffee Capsules is a convenient way to receive your favorite coffee regularly, without having to place orders manually.
You choose the frequency and type of coffee, and we take care of the rest!
Simply select the coffee capsules, the desired quantity, set the delivery frequency and complete the subscription. Payment is processed automatically and you receive your coffee at your doorstep, worry-free.
There is no cost. The Automatic Order can be created for free through the website in My Account / Automatic Order or by calling Nespresso Professional's toll-free number 0800 7777 747 (Monday to Saturday, from 6 AM to 10 PM). You benefit from free delivery for any automatic order of 100 capsules or more.
There are no contractual obligations to use the service. You can easily create, modify, or cancel any recurring order through the Automatic Order service directly in My Account / My Automatic Orders. (There is an exception for Nespresso Professional Operational clients who are contractually bound to a recurring order.)
The Automatic Order allows you to receive your favorite coffees and a variety of accessories at the frequency and address of your choice! This way, you keep your coffee stock replenished and save time and effort when placing an order. You can set up, modify, or cancel your Automatic Order through the Nespresso website or by calling 0800 7777 747 (Monday to Satruday, from 6 AM to 10 PM).
You will be notified 3 days before your next Automatic Order is shipped via email. If you wish to modify the delivery address, selected items and quantities, or payment and delivery information after receiving our email, you can still change it up to 1 day before the order is shipped (e.g., 11:59 PM on January 3rd for an order shipping on January 4th).
All information about your Automatic Order, such as the next scheduled date, shipping address, and payment details, can be found in the My Account / Automatic Order section on the website or by calling the Nespresso toll-free number 0800 7777 747 (Monday to Satruday, from 6 AM to 10 PM). Remember that the order can be modified or canceled up to 24 hours before shipping, and you will receive this information three days in advance via email.
You benefit from free delivery for any automatic order of 100 capsules or more.
The minimum quantity is the same as a standard order, that is, 50 capsules. Delivery is free for any automatic order of 100 capsules or more.
All Nespresso customers can benefit from occasional offers they are eligible for. However, not all promotional items are available for ordering through the Automatic Order service. For offers involving limited-edition products, we recommend placing a separate order to take advantage of the promotion. If you already have enough stock, remember that you can extend your next shipping date in My Account / Automatic Order.
The rest of your order will be shipped normally, and you will only be charged for the items shipped. You will receive an email alert informing you about the out-of-stock item and the selection of the order that was shipped. You can also edit your Automatic Order to remove Limited Edition items in the future.
The Automatic Order service covers the entire range of Nespresso coffees, including Limited Edition coffees, as well as accessories like sugar and paper cups. Not all accessories are available. Nespresso Professional machines are not included in the service.
According to Nespresso's Terms and Conditions, you can refuse the delivery in perfect condition so that it is returned to Nespresso. Once we confirm receipt, a credit will be issued for the returned items.
