If you have a subscription with coffee discount the following applies:The Nespresso Coffee Subscription is a coffee subscription with a discount on Nespresso coffee linked to a chosen duration. You pay a fixed amount per month during the chosen duration, in exchange for Nespresso credit. This credit can be used to order your coffee at a discount or to purchase other Nespresso products. You can order Nespresso products online through the Nespresso website, via the app, in one of the Boutiques, or by phone through our customer service. The amount of your credit is equal to the amount of your coffee subscription.
What are the benefits of the Nespresso Coffee Subscription?

If you have a subscription with coffee discount the following applies:

  • With the Nespresso Coffee Subscription, you always get a discount on your coffee. The higher your monthly amount, the higher your coffee discount.
  • You can pause whenever you want.
  • You choose your coffees and the delivery time.
  • Your coffee is always delivered for free of charge.
  • One-off discount on every Nespresso machine* as long as your coffee subscription is active.

You can choose the duration yourself. Choose from 6, 12, or 24 months.

What happens when my contract duration is over? If you have a subscription with coffee discount the following applies:
If the duration of your Nespresso Coffee Subscription has expired, Nespresso will automatically extend your Coffee Subscription. You can always cancel your Coffee Subscription free of charge on a monthly basis after the duration ends. With a 24-month coffee subscription, you can cancel free of charge on a monthly basis after 12 payments.
How does the Nespresso Coffee Subscription work?

If you have a subscription with coffee discount the following applies:

  • Choose a Nespresso Coffee Subscription that suits your preferences: choose a monthly amount, choose a duration, choose with or without a Nespresso machine.
  • If you purchase a coffee subscription with a machine, choose the machine that suits you best.
  • Pay for the Nespresso Coffee Subscription with one of the payment methods.
  • Nespresso will deduct the amount from your account monthly.
  • This amount will be credited to your Nespresso account within 2 working days after the payment.
  • Choose your coffees on the website, in the app, or in one of our Boutiques.
  • You can use your credit to purchase the entire Nespresso assortment.
  • You will now pay with your Nespresso credit and automatically benefit from a discount on your coffee.
  • If an order is more expensive than the credit you have remaining, you will pay the remaining amount using one of the available payment methods.
How do I purchase the Nespresso Coffee Subscription?

You can purchase the Nespresso Subscription online through the website or in one of our Nespresso Boutiques. The monthly contribution is due at the time of purchasing the Nespresso Subscription. During this process, you will be asked to agree to the Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. You will receive a confirmation email once your Nespresso Subscription is activated and the Nespresso credit is added to your account. The credit will be credited to your Nespresso account within 2 working days after payment. The first monthly payment will be automatically deducted from your bank account/credit card after your Nespresso Coffee Subscription is activated. Your monthly subscription amount will be automatically deducted from your bank account/credit card on the same day and from the same bank account/credit card that you activated your Nespresso Coffee Subscription on. You can change the payment date of the Nespresso Coffee Subscription through the customer service.

For whom is the Nespresso Coffee Subscription? The Nespresso Subscription can be purchased by anyone, whether you are already a Nespresso customer or not yet. After purchase, you can enjoy all the benefits of the Nespresso Subscription and Nespresso & More. There is a maximum of one active coffee subscription allowed per customer and per bank account.
How can I cancel/stop or withdraw my Nespresso Coffee Subscription?

If you have a subscription with coffee discount the following applies:

  • Within 14 days of purchase, you can cancel/withdraw the Nespresso Coffee Subscription. You return all received products, and we will refund all payments made by you. You can use the withdrawal form, which you can find on the website, or you can contact us through other means, for which we refer you to the contact details on https://www.nespresso.com/nl/nl/service-customer-care. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of the Nespresso Coffee Subscription for the full conditions.
  • After the first 14 days and before making 6 monthly payments, you cannot cancel or stop the Nespresso Coffee Subscription.
  • You can always cancel your Nespresso Coffee Subscription free of charge on a monthly basis after the duration ends. With a 24-month coffee subscription, you can cancel free of charge on a monthly basis after 12 payments.
  • If you have made between 6 and 11 payments with a contract duration of 12 or 24 months, you can cancel, but a termination fee applies. The termination fee is 50% of the outstanding monthly payments of your subscription up to 12 payments. We do not convert this termination fee into credit.
  • Cancellation is possible by contacting Nespresso, for which we refer you to the contact details on https://www.nespresso.com/nl/nl/service-customer-care or through my account/my Nespresso Subscription on nespresso.com/nl (cancelling online through the Nespresso website is only possible if all payments have been made).
  • You are not entitled to a refund of the monthly amounts you have already paid at the time of cancellation.
  • To prevent automatic payment, you must submit the request to cancel at least 36 hours before the scheduled payment.
What happens if I cancel my Nespresso Coffee Subscription? If you have a subscription with coffee discount the following applies:
Once you cancel your Nespresso Coffee Subscription, your subscription will no longer be active, and all benefits of the Nespresso Coffee Subscription will expire immediately. The benefits include coffee discount, machine discount, and free delivery for all orders. If you still have credit remaining, you can still use this credit online through the Nespresso website, via the app, in one of the Boutiques, or by phone through our customer service for up to 2 years after the credit is added to your Nespresso account.
Can I cancel the Nespresso Coffee Subscription on a monthly basis? If you have a subscription with coffee discount the following applies:
During the duration of your Coffee Subscription, you cannot cancel the Nespresso Coffee Subscription on a monthly basis. However, after the duration of your Coffee Subscription ends, you can always cancel on a monthly basis free of charge. With a 24-month coffee subscription, you can cancel on a monthly basis free of charge after 12 payments.
What is Nespresso credit / coffee credit?
  • Nespresso credit is the monthly amount that you receive on your account after payment of the monthly amount for your coffee subscription.
  • The amount of your monthly Nespresso credit is equal to the monthly amount you pay for your coffee subscription.
  • You are free to spend this credit on coffee, accessories, or delicacies through www.nespresso.com/nl, via the app, in one of our Boutiques, and through our telephone customer service.
  • If you do not fully use the monthly credit during the month, the remaining credit will remain available on your account. The remaining credit is valid for 2 years after it is added to your account.
  • The credit is stored on your Nespresso account and is therefore a personal credit. Nespresso cannot refund the credit to your account or exchange it for cash. You also cannot transfer your credit to someone else.
  • You can see the amount of your credit by logging into your account.
When can I order my coffee with my Nespresso credit? / How long does it take for my credit to be visible on my account? Within 2 working days after we receive your payment, we will credit the amount to your Nespresso account. From that moment on you can use the credit to place an order
How long is my Nespresso credit valid for? The credit is valid for 2 years after it is added, even if the coffee subscription is no longer active.
What happens if I do not (fully) use my Nespresso credit? The Nespresso credit that you do not use remains valid for 2 years after it is added to your Nespresso account. All unused credit accumulates.
What happens to my Nespresso credit if I cancel my Nespresso Coffee Subscription? The credit is valid for 2 years after it is added. Even if the Coffee Subscription is no longer active. However, please note that all benefits of the coffee subscription expire once the coffee subscription is no longer active. This means that the coffee discount will no longer be applied to orders after the coffee subscription is cancelled.
What happens if I do not have enough credit for my order? You will automatically pay with your credit. If the amount of your order is higher than the remaining credit, you will pay the remaining amount using one of the available payment methods.
How does pausing work?

If you have a subscription with coffee discount the following applies:

  • If you have enough coffee at home or if you are going abroad for an extended period, no problem. At Nespresso, you can temporarily pause your coffee subscription.
  • Contact our customer service by phone or visit one of our Boutiques to pause your coffee subscription.
  • When you temporarily pause the Nespresso Coffee Subscription, the duration of your subscription does not become shorter. Instead, the duration of the paused period is added to the end date of your contract.
  • We postpone all your upcoming payments to 30 days later.
  • After 30 days, your coffee subscription will automatically resume.
  • You can pause a maximum of 6 payments per 12 months.
  • You can pause the coffee subscription once it is active, and the first monthly payment has been credited to your Nespresso account as credit.
  • During this pause period, you will continue to enjoy the benefits of the Nespresso Coffee Subscription. The benefits include coffee discount, machine discount, and free home delivery on all orders.
  • To prevent automatic payment, you must submit the pause request at least 36 hours before the scheduled payment.
How long and how often can I pause? If you have a subscription with coffee discount the following applies:
You can pause a maximum of 6 payments per 12 months. We will pause your coffee subscription for 30 days. After the pause period, payments will automatically resume.
Can I change the monthly amount or duration of my coffee subscription? No, it is currently not possible to change the monthly amount or duration of your coffee subscription during the contract. However, you can pause your subscription. Once the duration of your contract is over, you can cancel the coffee subscription and sign up for a new coffee subscription. We do plan to make it possible to change the subscription in the future. Once more information is available, we will inform subscribers and customers.
How can I change my payment details?

Changing your payment details depends on your payment method:

  • If you pay with a credit card, you can change your details online in My Account > My Nespresso Subscription.
  • For other payment methods, you can contact our customer service by phone or visit one of our Boutiques to change your payment details.
  • Please note that it may take up to 3 working days to change your payment details.
Which payment methods can I use for the Nespresso Coffee Subscription? The Nespresso Coffee Subscription can be purchased online via the Nespresso website or in one of our Boutiques using iDeal or a credit card. The Nespresso Coffee Subscription cannot be purchased with cash.
When do I pay for my Nespresso Coffee Subscription? The first payment is made at the time of purchasing the chosen coffee subscription. After that, there will be a monthly automatic deduction on the same day and from the same bank account/credit card that you activated your Nespresso Coffee Subscription on. If you want to change the payment date, you can contact our customer service by phone.
My monthly payment has been deducted, but the credit is not yet visible on my account. How is this possible? The conversion of your payment to Nespresso credit may take a few working days. We kindly ask for your patience. If your credit is still not visible on your account after two working days, please contact one of our coffee specialists at the free phone number 0800 022 23 20.

I missed my payment/my payment failed. What happens now?
  • Please check if your payment details are still correct. Your credit card may have expired or there may have been changes to your payment information.
  • Within 1 month, Nespresso will attempt to debit the outstanding amounts again on the same payment date as your monthly coffee subscription.
  • Ensure that you have sufficient balance in your account on the day of the debit.
  • If the debit fails again, we will try again the following month.
  • After the 3rd failed debit, your coffee subscription will be automatically terminated. If your coffee subscription is terminated before the end of the term, Nespresso will charge a termination fee for the outstanding payments within your contract. The termination fee amounts to 50% of the monthly amounts due. For a 24-month coffee subscription, we calculate the termination fee up to and including the 12th payment. The termination fee will not be credited to your account as a balance.
Can I combine the coffee discount with other coffee promotions from Nespresso? Yes, if you are using another coffee promotion from Nespresso, you can still benefit from your coffee discount. We calculate the coffee discount based on the capsules you pay for.
Can I combine the machine discount with other machine promotions from Nespresso? No, you cannot combine the machine discount with other machine promotions from Nespresso. Please choose one of the machine discount offers.
How much coffee can I order with each monthly amount?

The number of cups of coffee you can order per monthly amount depends on which coffee you choose. On average, you can expect:

  • € 15 p/m - ± 34 cups of coffee
  • € 30 p/m - ± 70 cups of coffee
  • € 50 p/m - ± 120 cups of coffee
  • € 75 p/m - ± 185 cups of coffee
Is it possible to spend more on coffee than my monthly amount? Yes, you can spend more on coffee than your monthly amount. The amount that cannot be covered by your credit will be charged using one of the available payment methods. The coffee discount is calculated based on all purchased capsules. Each customer can purchase a maximum of 1500 capsules per month. If you have remaining Nespresso credit, it will accumulate. The credit is valid for 2 years from the date it is credited to your Nespresso account.
What flavours/types of coffee can I choose? You can choose from all flavours/types of coffee in the complete Nespresso range. For example, you can go for an intense and spicy India or opt for a balanced Vienna Lungo with grain notes.
Can you adjust the quantity and types/flavours/types of coffee? Yes, you can always adjust your coffee selection. You choose your own coffees.
What are the delivery costs? For customers with an active Nespresso Coffee Subscription, we always provide free delivery.
What is/how does a recurring order work?

You can create your own order and set it to repeat automatically.

  • You choose the quantity and types of coffee.
  • You choose the frequency (1x per 1/1.5/2/3/6/9 months).
  • You can set up a recurring order yourself via My Account > My Nespresso Vanzelf (https://www.nespresso.com/nl/nl/myaccount/standing-orders).
What happens if I am not at home when my coffee is delivered? This depends on the delivery service. DHL and PostNL will deliver your package to your neighbours or to a pick-up point if you are not home. If you choose Trunkrs or delivery by bicycle, the package will be delivered to your neighbours if you are not home.
Does the Nespresso machine come with the Nespresso Coffee Subscription or not? You can choose to purchase a Nespresso machine with the Nespresso Coffee Subscription. As long as your coffee subscription is active, you can take advantage of the machine discount once.
When do I receive the machine discount?

If you have an active Nespresso Coffee Subscription, you will receive a one-time discount on every Nespresso machine*. The amount of the discount on your machine depends on the duration you choose for your coffee subscription. The longer the duration, the higher the discount. You can use this machine discount directly when signing up for your coffee subscription or afterwards, as long as your coffee subscription is active.

The machine discount is only available in the online Nespresso web shop, through the Nespresso app, via the Nespresso customer service, or in one of the Nespresso Boutiques.

* All Creatista machines (Original Line and Vertuo Line) are excluded from the €15 per month coffee subscription and from the €30 per month subscription with a duration of 6 months.

Can I still use the machine discount during my subscription? Yes, as long as your coffee subscription is active, you can take advantage of the machine discount once.
Am I the owner of the Nespresso machine/can I keep the machine after the end of my Nespresso Coffee Subscription? Yes, you purchase the Nespresso machine and therefore you are the direct owner of the machine. After the end of the coffee subscription, the machine remains yours.
What does the Nespresso machine warranty entail? From the date of purchase, you have a 2-year warranty on your Nespresso machine. If there is a defect, we will repair your machine and provide you with a loan machine.

What if I can get a higher machine discount with another promotion? If you see a higher machine discount elsewhere, as a subscriber, you can take advantage of the higher machine discount. You would then purchase a coffee subscription without a machine. Afterwards, you can buy the machine in a new order with the higher machine discount.
What if I already have a Nespresso machine? If you already have a Nespresso machine, you can sign up for the Nespresso Coffee Subscription without a Nespresso machine. If you later want to purchase a new Nespresso machine, you can still take advantage of the machine discount. This is possible as long as your coffee subscription is active.
Can I use the Nespresso machine discount in other stores? No, the machine discount is only available in the online Nespresso website, through the Nespresso app, via the Nespresso customer service, or in one of the Nespresso Boutiques.
