Origin: This blend brings together the sweet cereal characteristic of Brazil’s pulped natural Bourbons with the fruity notes of a washed Colombian Arabica.
Roasting:
The Brazilian coffee beans are medium roasted to keep all the Bourbon variety’s malty cereal notes intact. The washed Colombian beans get a short roast to release all its finer aromatics.
Taste:
Remarkably rounded and smooth with warming notes of malty cereal.
