Origin:
A blend of Vietnamese and Indian Robusta beans combined with Colombian Arabicas for a touch of acidity.
Roasting:
We roast the Robusta and Arabica beans separately, both to an exceptionally dark degree. The Robustas are slightly darker to develop intensity and a long-lading taste. The Arabicas are a touch lighter - but longer - to keep a touch of acidity.
Taste:
An intense coffee with roasted cereal notes, a smooth and velvety texture and hints of woody and cocoa after-taste notes.
