For this 100% Arabica blend, we sourced beans from a diversity of origins stretching from China to Colombia, and Brazil to Ethiopia.
Roasting:
Roasted in two splits: The first is a medium-dark for the majority of the coffee. The second is a light to very light to balance out the overall roast, aiming for the best combination to work well with milk.
Taste:
A sweet and smooth milky coffee, with a creamy texture, caramel and biscuit notes.
