TROPICAL MACCHIATO

Material:
- 1 Nespresso glass
- 1 Milk frother Aeroccino or Maestria machine
- 1 Nespresso milk jug
- 1 Nespresso shaker
Ingredients:

- - 1 Dulsão do Brasil Grand Cru
- - 4 lemongrass leaves
- - 2 teaspoons honey
- - 1 teaspoon unflavoured gelatin
- - 2 tangerines
- - 12 ice cubes
TROPICAL MACCHIATO
Preparation
Prepare the lemongrass infusion
Gently tear the leaves and put them in the Nespresso milk jug
Add a little hot water, a spoon of honey and the unflavoured gelatin and let itb steep a few minutes.
Meanwhile, peel the tangerine and arrange it in a spiral in your glass.
Put aside a little of its juice.
The add 5 or 6 ice cubes into the infusion until they melt
Emulsify this infusion using your Aeroccino on cold. Pour a Dulsao do Brasil Grand Cru into the shaker.
Add a little honey, tangerine juice and add 5 or 6 ice cubes.
Shake until they melt completely.
Pour 2/3 of the mixture into the glass.
Finally, top with your lemongrass foam.
PAVLOVA ICED CAPPUCCINO
Difficulty: Intermediate | Preparation time: 15 minutes
Material:
- 1 Nespresso cup
- 1 Nespresso shaker
- 1 electric mixer
Ingredients:

- - 1 Decaffeinato Intenso Grand Cru
- - 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- - 2 egg whites
- - 15g of vanilla sugar
- - 1 vanilla bean pod
- - Mango and passion fruit (garnish)
PAVLOVA ICED CAPPUCCINO
Preparation
Prepare your coffee and pour it into a shaker, with a few ice cubes.
Add a drop of vanilla extract, stir and keep to one side.
Next prepare your meringue: beat the egg whites with the sugar until they form soft peaks.
Scrape inside of the vanilla pod and add to the meringue.
Nest, pour the preparation from the shaker into a cup and top with the meringue.
Garnish it with the mango and passion fruit pieces.
TALL MOCHA LATTE WITH COCONUT

- 1 Nespresso recipe glass
- 1 milk frother Aeroccino or a Maestria machine
Ingredients :

TALL MOCHA LATTE WITH COCONUT
Preparation
Put the liquid chocolate in the bottom of the Nespresso recipe glass.
Prepare your milk foam with the steam nozzle of your Maestria.
Add a few drops of coconut syrup.
Place on top of your coffee preparation.
To make it extra special, sprinkle a few chocolate shavings on top of the foam.
ROSE CAPPUCCINO

Material:
- 1 Nespresso cappuccino cup
- 1 Nespresso milk jug
- 1 Tablespoon
- 1 milk frother Aeroccino or a Maestria machine
Ingredients:

- - 100 ML (3.4 OZ) milk
- - 10 ML (0.3 OZ) rose syrup
- - 1 sqarre white chocolate
- - Crystallised rose petals
ROSE CAPPUCCINO
Preparation
Mix the 100 ml (3.4 oz) milk and the 10 ml (0.3 oz) rose syrup in your milk jug.
Froth with the steam pipe and keep to one side.
Put a square of white chocolate into a Cappuccino cup and pour the Dulsao do Brasil Grand Cru over it.
With your tablespoon, carefully top your preparation with the milk foam.
Add a little bit of milk to give it a round and smooth appearance.
Sprinkle gently with crystallised rose petals.
VANILLA CAFFE LATTE VIENNOIS

- 1 Nespresso recipe glass
- 1 milk frother Aeroccino or a Maestria machine

Preparation

How to take care of my machine?
1. Descale your machine at least once a year for soft water
Note: for hard water descale twice per year. (If you don’t know what water type you have hard water tends to leave white marks in the water tank)

2. Eject your capsules after each use
3. Frequently change the water tank with fresh drinking water
4. Regularly empty and clean the capsule container and drip tray
5. For integrated milk devices, activate the cleaning procedure after each use
6. Before your first coffee, brew water without capsule by pressing any coffee button.
By doing so, you pre-heat your coffee cup and you rinse the extraction system for better coffee experience. -
How high is the percentage of recyclable material used in Nespresso machines?
On average, our machines have a 60% recyclability potential.
And today, Nespresso Club Members can bring their machines back to wherever they bought them or in any electrical appliance store. In Europe,, the European Union’s Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) has been in force since 2003. It provides a framework in which consumers can return their used electrical and electronic appliances for recycling. -
What does it mean 19 bars?
All the Nespresso machines are equipped with a 19-bar pressure pump, which provides the power needed to pierce the film of the capsule and reveal the coffee’s 900 or so different aromas. The shape of the Nespresso capsule has been specially designed to ensure that the pressurised water flows evenly through the ground coffee during extraction. The temperature and flow time are also set to ensure that each precious aroma is expressed.
