Nespresso Store Pickup	FREE	Place your order online or by phone. Your order will be ready for pickup at Nespresso boutiques or booths once you are contacted by Customer Service.

Payment is currently available via cash on delivery. Credit card on delivery is available inside Amman only.

Free delivery is available on orders above 25 JD.

Refunds are not available on any products purchased from Nespresso Jordan.

Exchanges are only applicable on eligible products under the conditions outlined below.

Machine & Accessories exchange	Machines and accessories purchased directly from Nespresso can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging, along with the invoice. Coffee and Sweet Treats	Coffee capsules and sweet treats (food items) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please make sure that your machine is in its original condition and packaging, and include all relevant invoices. Any machine purchased at a retail store or from another website must be returned to the original store or site from which it was purchased. Products with latent defects must be returned within 14 days of purchase along with the original invoice for the product to be checked.
