CONDITION OF SALE
1.1 Each order placed shall be governed by these General Conditions of Sale and any specific conditions applicable to orders placed via the website or at a NESPRESSO Boutique.
1.2 NESPRESSO reserves the right to amend these General Conditions of Sale at any time by publishing an updated version on its website.
2. Orders2.1 You may place your orders through the following channels:

• Online through the NESPRESSO Jordan website
• At a NESPRESSO Boutique
2.2 The minimum order value to qualify for free delivery is JD 25, subject to applicable delivery terms and geographical restrictions.
2.3 NESPRESSO offers its products subject to stock availability.
2.4 NESPRESSO reserves the right to refuse orders, including in cases of outstanding unpaid invoices or insolvency.
3. Delivery3.1 NESPRESSO will use reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are delivered within two to three working days, subject to delivery location, stock availability and circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
3.2 The risk of loss of or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery.
4. Verification of Goods4.1 It is your responsibility to verify the quantity and condition of the goods upon receipt. In the event of damage upon arrival or missing items, please notify NESPRESSO and submit a claim within 24 hours of receipt, retaining all relevant invoices and signed delivery notes.
4.2 In such circumstances, NESPRESSO shall provide identical replacement goods, subject to verification of the claim and product availability, without prejudice to any applicable statutory consumer rights.
5. Prices and Invoicing5.1 The prices invoiced for the goods ordered shall be those applicable at the time the order is placed.
6. Payment6.1 Payment is due in full upon delivery, by credit card or cash, as applicable to the selected ordering and delivery method.

Machine Guarantee and After-Sales Service7.1 NESPRESSO machines are covered by the manufacturers' warranties in accordance with the specific terms and conditions set out in the original product documentation. These warranties do not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
