A festive, cozy creation blending creamy whipped cream, aromatic Cinnamon & Candied Tamarind Coffee, warm milk, and a gentle spice finish. Perfect for winter moments.

Let's make it!
- Add 500 ml of cream and one whipper charger capsule into a cream whipper siphon. Shake vigorously until thick.
- Heat 100 ml of milk using the Barista Device (Hot milk mode).
- In a festive mug, pour 10 ml of date syrup and extract 110 ml of Cinnamon & Candied Tamarind Coffee.
- Add the hot milk into the mug and spoon about 60 g of whipped cream on top.
- Insert a cinnamon stick into the cream and sprinkle cinnamon powder for garnish.
