  • Date Syrup – 10 ml
  • Cinnamon & Tamarind Coffee – 1 OL capsule
  • Milk (1.5% fat) – 100 ml
  • Cream (35%) – 500 ml
  • Cinnamon Powder & Cinnamon Stick – 1 stick
  • Tea Bag – 1 bag

Let's make it!

  1. Add 500 ml of cream and one whipper charger capsule into a cream whipper siphon. Shake vigorously until thick.
  2. Heat 100 ml of milk using the Barista Device (Hot milk mode).
  3. In a festive mug, pour 10 ml of date syrup and extract 110 ml of Cinnamon & Candied Tamarind Coffee.
  4. Add the hot milk into the mug and spoon about 60 g of whipped cream on top.
  5. Insert a cinnamon stick into the cream and sprinkle cinnamon powder for garnish.
