- 1 tbsp Ube powder
- 10 ml Tonka bean syrup or Vanilla syrup
- 120 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- 1 capsule French Lavender Vanilla Decaffeinato (Vertuo)
- 5 g edible lavender buds
- Dried coconut flakes
- Grated tonka beans
Let's make it!
- Place 10 ml of Tonka Bean Syrup or Vanilla Syrup into a mug.
- Add 120 ml of milk (1.5% fat) and 1 tablespoon of ube powder into the Nespresso Barista or Aeroccino. Start the hot milk preparation.
- Pour the prepared ube milk mixture into the mug.
- Using Recipe Creation Mode (double click), extract 80 ml of French Lavender Vanilla Decaffeinato over the drink.
- Garnish with edible lavender buds, dried coconut flakes, or grated tonka bean as desired.
