OL Pistachio Vanilla Over Ice Espresso 40ml or VL Pistachio Vanilla Over Ice Double Espresso 80ml
5g pistachio paste
5 Nespresso ice cubes (30g each)
150ml Oat Barista plant-based milk
5g crushed pistachios
10g marshmallows
Let's make it!
- Using a brush, stripe 5g of pistachio paste inside a Barista Recipe Glass.
- Place 5 ice cubes (30g each) in the glass and add 50ml of Oat Barista Milk.
- In the Aeroccino, pour 100ml of Oat Barista Milk, close the lid, and press the cold foam button.
- Once ready, pour the cold foam into the glass over the ice, leaving some space at the top.
- Extract 40ml of Pistachio Vanilla Over Ice espresso into the glass.
- Top with mini marshmallows (10g), caramelize with a torch (optional), and sprinkle 5g of crushed pistachios.
