  • 20 ml water
  • 6 Nespresso ice cubes (30 g each)
  • 15 ml coconut syrup or vanilla syrup
  • 170 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • 1 capsule French Lavender Vanilla Decaffeinato
  • 5 g edible lavender buds
  • Dried coconut flakes

Let's make it!

  1. Mix 1 tbsp ube powder with a small amount of hot water, then combine with 70 ml cold milk.
  2. In a large glass, add 6 Nespresso ice cubes (30 g each), 15 ml coconut or vanilla syrup, and 70 ml ube milk.
  3. Pour 100 ml milk (1.5% fat) into the Nespresso Barista, select “Espresso on Ice Macchiato,” and start.
  4. Top the drink with the milk foam.
  5. Extract 80 ml French Lavender Vanilla Decaffeinato using Coffee Creation mode and pour over the drink.
  6. Garnish with edible lavender buds and dried coconut flakes.
