Iced Ube Lavender Vanilla Coconut Latte
Create a refreshing iced latte with ube, lavender, vanilla, and coconut using Nespresso Vertuo. Smooth, aromatic, and easy to prepare.

- 1 tbsp ube powder
- 20 ml water
- 6 Nespresso ice cubes (30 g each)
- 15 ml coconut syrup or vanilla syrup
- 170 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- 1 capsule French Lavender Vanilla Decaffeinato
- 5 g edible lavender buds
- Dried coconut flakes
Let's make it!
- Mix 1 tbsp ube powder with a small amount of hot water, then combine with 70 ml cold milk.
- In a large glass, add 6 Nespresso ice cubes (30 g each), 15 ml coconut or vanilla syrup, and 70 ml ube milk.
- Pour 100 ml milk (1.5% fat) into the Nespresso Barista, select “Espresso on Ice Macchiato,” and start.
- Top the drink with the milk foam.
- Extract 80 ml French Lavender Vanilla Decaffeinato using Coffee Creation mode and pour over the drink.
- Garnish with edible lavender buds and dried coconut flakes.
