Nespresso's Reviving Origins program joins with farmers and partners to support coffee communities in raising Congo coffee to its full stature. Each year, we'll bring you more of this smooth organic coffee with its mild fruity notes and alluring sweet cereals and nutty aromas.

This 100% Arabica coffee is sourced in the rich Lake Kivu shores in eastern Congo.
Roasting
We split this single-origin coffee during roasting. Half gets a dark and short roast, while the rest gets a slightly longer time to develop more intensity. The particle size is a bit coarser than in Original to be better adapted to the Professional system.
