Before roasting, each coffee is carefully decaffeinated to remove the caffeine but keep that full palate of aromas. We split roast this decaf Nespresso pro capsule with the Ethiopian beans getting a moderate roast to keep their delicate floral aromas intact. The Latin American beans get a slightly longer and darker roast to develop their toasted notes.

Among other origins, Lungo Decaffeinato includes washed processed Arabicas from Ethiopia and Colombia. We carefully decaffeinate them to preserve all their refined and complex aromas that make them such irresistible coffees.
Roasting
We split roast this Nespresso decaf to bring out the best in each coffee that makes up this lungo blend. A moderate roast of the Ethiopian coffee beans keeps their beautiful sweet floral aromas intact. We give a longer and darker roast to the Latin American Arabicas because it develops their body and brings out those toasted notes that add complexity to this decaf coffee blend.
