A smooth, decaffeinated blend made of natural arabica beans from Brazil and washed arabica beans from Colombia.
Roasting
We roast each component of the blend separately, based on its origin. The Brazilian beans are roasted longer for added intensity, while the Colombian beans are roasted lightly to preserve their delicate notes and acidity.
