World Explorations Stockholm Fortissio Lungo is a rich and intense all-Arabica blend that recreates the aromatic profile of a traditional Swedish coffee. In the age of sailing ships, Indian coffees took on a wild ocean-air taste on their long journey to Sweden which gave them a distinct savoury and malty character that has since captured Swedish hearts and palates. Today, we pay homage to this history and recreate the coffee’s full-bodied, distinct taste by warehousing Arabica beans along India’s southwestern coast, letting the local Monsoonal winds transform their very structure. High-grown Colombian Arabicas complement the blend’s flavor with a glimmer of sweetness, so that you can taste its rich and inviting flavor.

Stockholm Fortissio is an all-Arabica blend of Indian and Colombian beans which gives it a smooth taste with remarkable intensity of a pure Arabica.
Roasting
The Monsooned Arabica gets a darker roast to enhance its body and cereal notes. A lighter roast of the washed Colombian coffee allows for all the classic finer aromatics to stay in the balance of the cup.
