Nespresso Easy Macchina is a subscription that can be subscribed with a credit card or PayPal, simple, immediate and full of advantages. The Nespresso Easy Macchina Subscription Plans work like this: by joining, you will choose the plan that best suits your needs and, only in the first month and at the time of activation of the plan, you will pay an initial contribution (the amount of which varies depending on the plan chosen) together with the first monthly fee, in a single solution. In the following months and for the entire duration of the contract, equal to 12 months for all Easy Macchina plans, you will pay the monthly fee provided for by the plan by credit card or paypal. This amount will be transformed into credit available on your customer card, which you can use for your purchases of coffee or any Nespresso product. The credit is cumulative, so you can choose when to use it. After 12 months, you can decide whether to keep the subscription and automatically become an Easy+ customer with even more benefits or close the subscription by communicating it before the next installment is charged.

By activating an Easy Macchina subscription plan, your monthly credit will be cumulative and usable for the entire Nespresso world. In addition, as an Easy customer, you will be able to enjoy a series of benefits throughout the year, namely: always free delivery and dedicated assistance 24 hours a day; in the 13th month from the activation of the plan, customers automatically become Nespresso Easy+, thus obtaining even more benefits and dedicated extra services: 10% extra credit, a free case of coffee for every 10 purchased and access to Ambassador status, thus enjoying exclusive experiences.

The machines with which you can activate an Easy Macchina plan are: Inissia, Essenza Mini, Pixie, Citiz, Citiz Platinum, Citiz&Milk, Citiz Platinum&Milk, Lattissima One, Atelier, Gran Lattissima, Creatista Plus for Original Line and Vertuo Pop, Vertuo Next, Vertuo Plus, Vertuo Next Premium, Vertuo Next Deluxe, Vertuo Plus Deluxe, Vertuo Lattissima for Vertuo Line. But that's not all.

Anyone can subscribe to a Nespresso Easy Macchina plan, as long as they are of age, resident and domiciled in Italy. For customers who already have another Easy plan active, the rule specified in the Easy Terms & Conditions applies, according to which each customer can subscribe to up to 3 Nespresso Easy plans (Macchina and Caffè).

No, your plan has a 12-month commitment with no option to pause your subscription. You can always decide to cancel your plan once the 12-month period has ended as per the contract without any cancellation penalty.

It is not possible to change an active plan within the contract period, which is 12 months for all Easy Macchina Plans. If you wish to subscribe to a different plan, you will need to subscribe to an Easy Macchina plan and, if you wish, you can request the deactivation of the automatic renewal of the previous plan at the end of the mandatory period provided for by the contract.

You can change or cancel your Nespresso Easy Macchina subscription within 14 days of signing up for the plan without any cancellation penalty. To exercise the right to cancel the plan, you must call the toll-free number 800 39 20 29 or go to a Nespresso Boutique. After 14 days from signing up, if you wish to withdraw from the subscription before the 12 months of the contract have elapsed, you will be required to pay a cancellation penalty, according to the conditions specified in the Regulations downloadable at the link Regulations Terms and Conditions | Nespresso ®.

After the 12 months of the contract, your plan will automatically be enriched with additional benefits, becoming Easy+. If you want to close it, you will need to let us know before the next installment is charged, otherwise the automatic renewal will apply. If, once the subscription has been closed, you decide to reactivate it, you will no longer be able to enjoy the additional benefits of the Easy+ plan.

Your plan will automatically become Easy+ after 12 months of activation of an Easy Macchina plan.

Nespresso credit is credited directly and automatically to your customer card every month. It can be used immediately or accumulated, so you can choose when to use it. The credit will be loaded every month within 4 days of receiving the monthly fee.
