Roasting Process

Not all blends taste the same when combined with ice, this blend took time and thought to find the exact combination of Arabica varieties that during roasting would be able to produce the exact range of flavors for a refreshing cold coffee with milk.
The coffee beans were roasted in a split roast: the coffee beans from Peru were roasted for a longer period of time than the coffee beans from Indonesia and ground to different coarseness levels.
This created the powerful flavors alongside a balanced sweetness.
