Can the credit be accumulated?

Yes, you can use your credit whenever you want as it is cumulative. You don't need to use your credit every month and can partially use it, which will continue to accumulate

What is the Subscription for those who already have a Nespresso machine?

It's a Nespresso Capsule Subscription service with extra credit every month. You can choose from the 5 plans the one that suits you best. You receive 10% extra credit every month directly to your Nespresso account. For example, your monthly plan of R$69, plus 10% extra credit, you will receive a total of R$75.90 of credit to your Nespresso account, upon payment of the monthly fee, to spend on purchases on the website.

What are the Subscription payment methods? How do I change the payment data linked to my plan if necessary?

The monthly fee will be paid exclusively via credit card* (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club brands), except prepaid and virtual cards. Subsequent monthly fees will be paid on the same day of the month in which the Subscription Plan was contracted or on the next business day. Changing your credit card or tuition payment date can be done in the My Account > My Subscriptions section. Therefore, in case of loss, theft, expiration or other reasons for which it is necessary to change the credit card linked to the subscription, you can update the data on our website or by telephone.

When will my credit be available?

The use of credit will be available after activating your Nespresso Subscription, ie on your next order. All monthly credits will be made available to your account right after you pay the monthly fee, plus a 10% credit on the amount paid. What is the expiration date of my credits?

Every month the credits corresponding to your plan will be added to your account. Upon termination of your subscription, the final balance will be available for use within 12 months after the end date on our Nespresso.com website, app, telephone 0800 7777 737 or in one of our Boutiques.

Can I change my Café Subscription plan?

Having all the monthly fees are up to date, you can change your Subscription plan at any time via Nespresso.com in the section My Account > My Subscriptions.

Can I Pause My Coffee Subscription?

To pause your Café Subscription, all tuition fees up to the time of the break must be up to date with Nespresso. When you reactivate it, the monthly fees will be rescheduled and you will be able to use the credits again.
